ObamaCare is a disaster, California is in a Depression, we have a government created water shortage plus the drought—yet you need to go to your City Council and Planning Commission meetings. Bet you did not know that because of SB 375 by Steinberg, government is forcing cities into regional government “solutions” to problem like housing. How? They want “stack and pack”. That is tall apartment buildings near government transportation, making it harder to build single family homes. They want money meant for roads to be spent on bike lanes, diamond lanes, pedestrian walk ways instead of roads and streets.
